Peak District Yarns is delighted to offer Bleetingbecka’s natural Gritstone-Jacob blend yarn.

The sheep live in the High Peak and are lovingly looked after by Becka.  She has farming in her blood having grown up on a farm in Chinley.  Becka started off with a few sheep from her mum’s flock but, after lambing for other people, she soon established her own flock!

Becka is a crafter at heart and realised how she could use her sheep’s fleece to create unique yarn.  And Bleetingbecka was born!!

This naturally-coloured pale grey yarn is spun in double knit weight. Each 50g ball is approx 110m.

Gentle handwash only.
