Are you wanting to get on with your own sewing project but lack the confidence? Do you want to try something a bit more complex than you’ve sewn previously? Would you be happier knowing that an expert is on hand to guide you if needed?
If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions then we have just the sewing course for you. Come along and spend a day sewing with Debs at WizardMakes, safe in the knowledge that she has the experience and skills to guide you through.
All you need to do is let her know what you’re planning to bring and she can advise as to what you need to make your project a success. Pattern packets sometimes don’t mention things that will make your life easier and more successful. Debs can help you there.
You can either bring your own machine, or use one of Debs’ Janome machines from their current range.
Debs has over 15 years experience of managing large classes of teenagers, each making their own project with relatively little experience, so make the most of her skills and bring your own project. WizardMakes, your skills, our magic.
Maximum 6 participants per workshop. Please bring your own materials.
The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm and is held at the Peak District Yarns Studio and Workshop, Commercial Road, Tideswell, SK17 8NU. Lunch is not provided, but you are welcome to bring a packed lunch, or you can pop to one of the local cafes.
Skill level: Intermediate onwards.
