Acid dyes for protein (animal) fibres: Silk, Wool, Mohair, Angora, Fur, Feathers etc. Acid dyes are very simple to use. You need to add heat and a mild acid for the dyes to set – citric acid or vinegar can be used as a fixer.
Available in a fantastic range of 51 colourfast, brilliant colours which can be further mixed to produce an almost unlimited number of shades. By varying the dye strength, anything from pastel to strong shades are available. 10g pots.
